Sauna Heaters FAQ

Yes - all our heaters are compliant to Australian and European standards.
Can I connect sauna heater in to a standard 10Amps power supply?
No. All traditional sauna heaters must be direct wired to your house mains by a certified electrician.
Do all the heaters supplied with installation manuals?
Yes. All heaters are supplied with complete instructions on how to mount your heater and how to connect it to a power supply.
Are all heaters advertized in stock?
Yes - all advertised heaters are in stock and will be dispatched the next day upon your order confirmation. Some stock is limited, meaning that we only have few heaters available in Australia. Please check pricing for each heater below "Add to Cart" button. We can always deliver heater that is not in stock once you confirm your order.
Do you connect electric sauna heater to a single or a three phase power supply?
By factory default, all heaters are supplied as three phase configuration. However, it is possible to connect any heater up to 8kW in to a single phase. All units starting from 9kW require three phase connection to your house mains. Consult your local licensed electrician if your house has enough power to run this heater.
Do you guarantee that the heater I bought is sufficient for my sauna room?
Yes. If your sauna is built as traditional sauna, we guarantee that the heater will work perfectly for your sauna room, provided you made correct calculations as to the power of the heater.
However, if you bought an infrared sauna and want to convert it in to a traditional sauna by simply installing Harvia heater, we cannot guarantee that this will work. Infrared saunas are built to infrared specifications. Timber used for infrared saunas is not compatible to high temperatures (up to 100 Celsius) most of the time. Please contact us if unsure.
